2. Booking, Deposits & Payment

2.1 Booking Requirements

All appointments require an active card on file. Select services may require a refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

2.2 Refundable Deposit

A $50 refundable deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout.
It is fully refundable if:

You cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment; or

You reschedule within the 24-hour window of your original appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment—or fail to show—the deposit is forfeited.

2.3 Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods listed on our site.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

3.1 Cancellations

To avoid fees, cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is allowed once without penalty. Additional changes may be considered a cancellation and may incur fees.

3.3 No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling. If rescheduling is necessary, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Service Policies

5.1 Health Conditions

Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent skin procedures. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your health history.

5.2 Results

Aesthetic outcomes vary. No specific results are guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

5.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: health concerns, inappropriate behavior, failure to follow policies, or contraindications.

6. Product & Service Purchases

All product sales are final.
Packages, memberships, and series have their own terms and expiration dates. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

7. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Treatments are elective;

You understand potential risks and side effects;

You agree to follow pre-care and aftercare instructions;

Beauty & Brow Addiction is not liable for adverse reactions from failure to disclose medical information, improper aftercare, or individual physiological response.

You release Beauty & Brow Addiction and its practitioners from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Photography & Media

Before-and-after photos may be taken for tracking results and quality assurance.
With your consent, photos may be used for marketing or educational purposes. Consent can be withdrawn anytime.

9. Gift Cards, Offers & Promotions

Promotional pricing, intro offers, and limited-time specials may change without notice.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, graphics, photos, logos, and branding—is the property of Beauty & Brow Addiction and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected and never sold. Booking through our system acknowledges your agreement to receive transactional messages and appointment updates.
